From your first sign-in to a business worth finding.
What do I need before I start?
Your business name and description in English and Arabic, a category and Kuwait area, and an official website whose DNS records you can manage. Publication follows ownership verification and Top12 review.
How do I verify my domain?
After adding your business, you’ll see a TXT record name and value. Open DNS management at your domain provider, add the record as shown, then return and confirm. Some providers append your domain automatically. If the record is not visible yet, allow time for the change to propagate and try again. Leave existing website records in place.
I verified ownership. Why isn’t my profile public?
Ownership verification and content review are separate steps. Your business workspace shows the current status. Publication requires operator approval; there is no guaranteed review time.
How do I recover my account?
Choose Recover account on the sign-in page and enter your username and saved recovery key. Contact email and domain proof alone cannot recover an account. If you lose both your password and recovery key, self-service recovery is unavailable.
What is free, and what costs money?
Your account, verified profile, profile audit and search preview are free. Paid placements and checkout are not available yet. Future bidding is for twelve sponsored Top12 positions by category and city; it does not buy Google rankings.
Are Google rankings and traffic reports connected?
Your profile audit works after publication. External ranking and traffic reports require separately connected services and access. Unconnected reports show their availability honestly, without invented metrics.
How do I update my business?
Choose Manage profile in your business workspace. Submit profile details or a correction for review. Changing your website requires proof of the new domain. A removal request unpublishes the profile rather than deleting every record.
